Nephis Studio builds websites, online booking and online stores, and manages ads for businesses. This page explains what data we receive, what we use it for, and what your rights are.

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no tracking or visitor-counting tools. The only thing it stores is your choice of light or dark mode, and that stays in your own browser, not with us.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and available.
Through WhatsApp or Instagram we receive your name, your WhatsApp number or Instagram account, and the messages you send. We use them to reply, to prepare a proposal and to carry out your order.
We receive the materials for your website or ads (text, photos, logo, business information), the account access you give us (for example hosting, domain or ad account) and proof of payment. We use all of it only for your project. You can withdraw account access at any time.
When you see or click a Nephis ad, Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy. We only receive reports in combined numbers, such as how many people saw and clicked an ad, not your name or contact details.
To manage those ads we use an internal tool connected to Meta, called Nephis AIOS. It only reads and manages Nephis’s own ads and collects no visitor data.
The services we work with: Cloudflare (where the website is hosted), Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and ads), and digital work tools, including AI services that help create designs, text and images. For your project, also the services your website uses, such as the hosting provider. We do not sell your data to anyone.
For as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as it is still needed for website care, follow-up questions and financial records. You can ask us to delete it sooner, except for records we are required to keep.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send your request through WhatsApp or Instagram below, and we will respond as soon as we can.
If the way we use data changes, we update this page together with the date above.
