Which package fits my business?
Website Basic if you need a clean, clear website. Website Premium if you want one that feels alive and gets remembered. Either can include a booking feature. If you want to sell right on the website, choose Online Store. Not sure? Tell us about your business on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic uses a look matched to your business's colours and style, with your own photos. Premium is designed just for your business, with one main section that moves as people scroll, plus images and 3D visuals made for you.
Are these demos client websites?
No. These concept demos show examples of the designs and interactions we can build.
What do I need to prepare?
Your business information, services or products, prices, and the logo and photos you have. Anything missing, we discuss before starting.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the kind of website and how ready your materials are. We write the estimated time in the proposal before starting.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a correction to the website we are building, so that it matches what we agreed at the start: changing text or photos, adjusting colours, or tidying the order of sections. Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Please collect all your notes into one list for each round. If something is wrong or does not work on our side, we fix it without using up your revisions.
What if I want to change or add something along the way?
You can. But a request that differs from what we agreed at the start, such as adding a page, adding a feature, or replacing a design you have already approved, is not a revision. It is additional work: we tell you the cost and the time first, and we only start once you agree.
Is ad spend included?
No. Our fee and the ad budget are separate. You pay the ad budget directly to Facebook through your own ad account.
What happens after the first year?
Your web address and the place the website is kept are free for the first year. From the second year there is a yearly renewal fee; the amount is written in the proposal.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once payment is complete, we hand the website access over to you.
What happens after launch?
You receive access and a guide to managing it, and we stay with you for 30 days. Care and changes after that are agreed separately.
